Awarded to the character voted by their peers as the Character of the Year.
Defence Superior Service
Character of the Episode award, as voted by your fellow players.
Defence Meritorious Service Medal
Presented to those who have been nominated for player voted awards, included winners of the Character of the Month award and nominees for the Character of the Year award.
Joint Service Commendation
Outstanding and sustained non-posting service to Stargate Vedas.
Joint Service Achievement
Non-posting service to the site, such as recruiting, graphics, helping new people, and writing fact files.

Silver Star
Outstanding quality of posting in support of your assigned team mission.
Legion of Merit
Outstanding quantity of posts during a mission, above and beyond what is expected of a character.
Bronze Star
Making missions posts of excellent quality, characterised by strong character and plot development.
Purple Heart
Sustaining a serious injury which impairs your character abilities for the remainder of the episode or season.
Meritorious Service Medal
Excellent quantity of mission posts during an episode, helping to keep a story moving along.
Mission Completion Awards
National Defence Service Medal
Engaging an enemy in combat, either directly or by assisting personnel who are.
Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal
Partaking in a science or exploration mission.
Humanitarian Service Medal
Conducting a humanitarian mission in support of the Vedas Expedition.
Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal
Creating and playing an NPC in order to help move a mission along.
Armed Forces Service Medal
Involvement in an Episode mission from start until completion.
Prisoner of War Medal
Awarded to personnel who are held captive by enemy combatants.
Campaign Ribbons
Where the mission took place over two episodes, a gold frame is added for those who take part in both episodes.
Air Force Overseas Short Tour Service Medal
Taking part in the season one mid-season two-part episode.
Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon
Involvement in the season one premier two-part episode.
Air Force Longevity Service Award
Participation in the prologue (Pilot Episode).
