Service Record: Service records state that Lazaraus Tucker was inducted into Officers Training courses through recommendation of the local National Guard for his leadership ablities. How He caught the eye of several certain groups is through his work and experiemental weapons testing. At this moment he has made a suit of powered bodyarmor to his own measurements. At this moment the suit is in testing before going into mass production. Designed primarily for local SWAT teams and military applications as needed. Laztuck has also made very highly detailed models on computer of various weapons and technology to go with them as part of the experimental testing.
Promotions: Was promoted from Lt to Captain upon graduation of Officers Academy.

Tuck stands exactly six foot three and a half inches tall, weighs in at 200 pounds of rock solid muscle. Bright blue eyes. His hair is black and in long dreadlocks, he's got a short beard but it is not too much of a hassle for him to worry over. He normally dresses in a darkred shirt, black leather jacket and dark bluejeans with a jade cross around his neck that was made for him by his younger sister for his birthday

Personality: Being slightly hyper at times, Laztuck has acted before thinking things through on occassion. If the need calls for it he will plan, and then replan, and then question both plans before planning a third time. Laztuck allows for improv on the fly. And plans most of his tests on the go. Best to be active on the field rather than in an office. He also has an eye on things and can't miss a detail even if he wanted to.
Laztuck also has a great concern for those he calls friends and comrades in arms. This concern is two fold. As he has been known to defend friends from others when the need called for it.

History: Born as Lavernius Matrin Tucker, Lavernius was frequently called Lazaraus because it was easier to pronounce, the name stuck. Laz, or Tuck, sometimes Laztuck, grew up in a pretty rough nighbourhood, At age twelve he was inspired by the local National Guard unit when the unit came by to aid with tornado relief. It was on that day that Laztuck also changed his middle name from Matrin to Maria, his favorite name and also the name of the woman whose day of death he was born on. Laz, known to the unit as Lavernius or Tucker soon got a highschool diploma, and through the aid of the National Guard graduated College shortly after passing his 20th birthday
Shortly after graduating college, Laztuck married his middleschool sweetheart Lori, who filed for divorce due to cheating on her shortly after he got the job at the Pentagon designing and testing experimental weapons. Laztuck won custody of his daughters Lisa and Anna whom he dotes on constantly, much to the surprise of his officers and surperiors at the Pentagon and various bases he vists to test and construct weapons. Both girls are now entering high school. He later won the case of not cheating, he was too focused on his job at the time.
Laztuck was offered the task of overseeing new weapons design and testing when he presented his combat suit of power armor to the Pentagon; within a week he was given the job overseeing all experimental weapons and weapons gained during the Vedas Project. {See RP sample for job assignment scene}

Role Play Sample:
"Alright Jim what ya got for me ?" Came a loud slightly drunk sounding voice.
"New test for you Mr Tucker." came the reply, The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs was an older white haired fellow named James Greyston. He turned towards Lavernius, the man looked slightly as if he'd just been woken from one hell of a hangover. "What happened to you ?"
"Complicated" came the reply
"Ah, ex-wife ?" Laztuck just nodded. James also nodded, "Have a seat." Laztuck all but fell into the offered chair. He put an icepack to his neck. A small bruise was clearly visible. "I got a new weapon that needs testing, The president wants to send a group, I want to send a single man, you. You up for some heavy traveling ?"
"Where to ? Korea ? Sure" Laztuck had no idea what he was getting into. At least until he got the crew sheet. "The hell is this man ?" He asked, "This ain't a weapons list, its a names list, a crew list actually now that I read it right." Apparently he was going on a ship to somewhere. Only one name he recognised though. "Wait a sec chief. Ya got Oxford's boy in here too ?" He tapped at Travis' name. The last time he saw Travis it did not go that well.
"Yes, he was recommended to the president, you're to work with him." James replied, when Laztuck was about to reply, James put up a hand "Now hear me out Lavernius." That was bad, when one used his offical name, that meant offical business. Laztuck sat up straighter. "Oxforrd was chosen out of two dozen men for this task, its not on the ship, but the destination. You're on board to oversee a crew of testing agents assigned to you. You answer to the ships commander while on the ship, but ultimately to me. Get me."
Laztuck knew where this was going "I get you Chief, do I get my standard loadout ?" He asked, they were experimenting with pwoered armor, and Mainestay was able ot perfect only one suit to test out on a daily basis, made to Laztucks own measurements.
James nodded, "Though we made a few updates to the armor, it could take an AI, but we don;t have any, the only person I know of that has any skill with AI is A woman named Maccafattery. Otherwsie the portable fusion reactor will run fine unless damage as we tested in the computer"
"Oy! You know how I am with those things" It was clear Laztuck hated computers, or computers hated him, after all, in the computer tests the seven kiloton explosion that occured was not exactly on accident, just, the timing of it was. However he was a skilled computer hacker at times and often rebuilt his own nighbours computers or built them new ones when the need arose for cheap.
"Yes I know" James replied. "Fact is, you got a crew to work with now, men and women that will follow your orders as given. Anything you complete with them will be sent back in databusts to my station here. Any questions ?"
"Yes, two, first off, standard loadout, I'll pick my weapons, and second, I need a pepsi." That pretty much meant that Laztuck was satisifed with what he was to do. But he had no idea just where he was going. So he asked. a third question "One more thing Chief, where the hell am I going ?"
