Service Record: Blueberry was hired after graduating Tokyo University by JAXA who (along with USEF) had been watching her progress. Officially part of JAXA she also worked with USEF improving data compression rates, data transfer rates and was part of the WINDS project to make the worlds fastest satellite internet connection. Her work spoke where she herself refused and she found herself as the Japanese assignment for the Vedas expedition.

Personality: An oddball by anyones standards, Blueberry likes to be as quiet as possible and far prefers either being on her own or where that isn't possible in 1 on 1 situations. Wherever possible she doesn't talk and attempts to communicate without words which has led to what others have called some rather interesting behaviour, including attempting to beam her thoughts to other people by staring. Blue is extremely intelligent attending Tokyo University at just 15 and graduating at 18.
Blueberry remains a caring individual but is only able to focus on one person at a time. As soon as a group starts to form she moves as close to the corner of the room as possible to continue her work whilst ignoring the rest of the world. In her classes this became such that only when physical contact was made did she become aware of people trying to get her attention.

History:
Born in Hirai part of Edogawa, Tokyo, Blueberry was an odd child at an early age. Her father bought her a computer for her 3rd birthday to which she spent every waking moment for a week playing with much to her mother's despair. By the time Blueberry started at Hiraiminami Elementary School her father had paid for a separate phone line for a dedicated internet connection and Blueberry became part of the online community. When Blue started school the first thing she looked for was a computer disappointed at not finding one she grabbed an armful of books and began to read.
A few months after starting school Blue's parents were at school as she seemed to be having trouble making friends. Rather then play with the other children Blue would sit with a pile of books in the corner and ignore the rest of the class. Invited to the classroom to see for themselves everyone was surprised when Blue asked the teacher if they had any more books as she had nearly read them all. Afterwards Blue was given an IQ test and moved into Komatsugawadaisa Junior high School at the age of 9.
Blueberry moved into Momijigawa High School at 13, Blue had spent as much time online as was possible during middle school and with broadband just becoming available she was finding it easier and faster to learn online rather then at school. She had already begun building and rebuilding her own computer which her father was more then happy to fund. At lunch when she didn't have access to a computer she would try to call down UFOs from the school roof. It was during her second year of high school that Blue met a strange half cat half human creature that called itself Aear. Blueberry led the creature home and offered the boy a place to stay. Much to Blue's surprise her mother was fully accepting of Aear almost as if she had seen her kind before. Aear never met Blue's father, who tended to stay in the study working something that Aear mentioned a few times but as it wasn't the first time her father had holed himself up for months at a time she had simply shrugged it off.
At 15 Blueberry entered Tokyo University with a scholarship earned during her first year of high school, and studied for a degree in computer science. As part of one of her projects she redesigned one of USEFs communications satellites causing both JAXA and USEF to keep their eyes on her and offer her a full time job after she graduated at 19. In between studying for her masters and later a PhD in Engineering Informatics, Blue worked on several astro-pyshics based communications projects including Project WINDS (launched in 2008). After Project WINDS Blue made several complaints to her higher ups that so far her work had given her no contact with aliens and she had yet to go into space. Either her work showed potential that wasn't being tapped into at her current work or the sheer number of emails had got her bosses to fold. Either way Blue found herself being briefed on the stargate program before being assigned to the Vedas Expedition.

He didn't like thinking that hurting people helped him, he didn't like hurting people but that was his purpose afterall, it was what he was designed to do. When Roger offered the box of tissues he shook his head and rubbed his eyes. He hadn't realised that he was close to tears and being offered the tissues was making it worse. He wanted to say he wasn't allowed, that he had to be strong, that he was supposed to be supporting people. But his words came out as much as he allowed his tears to.
