Kana was first by the door ready to leave for their trip. She'd requested to the Admiral that a team be put together so that she could analyze the local plant life and see what medicines she could derive from them. The admiral had agreed and here she was waiting for the team she was assigned to show up. Even if he hadn't agreed Kana was stubborn and would have sat in his office all day. Wether the Admiral thought it was a good idea or just didn't want to deal with more stubborn children Kana didn't really care. Both sides had limited supplies and if this wasn't done they'd have to rely on resupplies through the gate at whatever intervals their respective governments felt appropriate. This way they could manage their medicine better.

It wasn't long before Aear and Chiquita showed up together. Wether she liked it or not the three of them were a team and it just wasn't right to leave members of your team behind. That and their skills would come in handy. Aear looked raring to go as usual, seriously where did he get all his energy? Even Kana was flumuxed at the question. Chiquita however, as Kana knew well, was not a morning person. She was in fact content to sleeping all day if she thought she could get away with it. She supposed she'd jumped out of bed because Aear called her. Sometimes she wondered why no one else could see it.

"Ohayou Goziamasu, Onii-chan, Onee-chan." said Kana as they approached

"Ohayou, Kans!" said Aear happiliy. Aear was ready to go and do whatever needed to be done, having his sisters here only further boosted his mood. Not only did he get to spend time with his two favourite people but he could almost garuntee their safety if they were with him.

"Ohayou..." Said Chiquita sleepily. She wished she could crawl back into her warm comfy bed. She shook her head as just the thought made her sleepy. Still at least she got to spend time with Kana-chan and Onii-chan.

"Admiral Oxford has assigned us a few personel so were just waiting on them." Explained Kana

Lequana had finally gotten back most of her equipment, her arm band that stretched form her hand to her elbow, which held three screens and two access port . The tree screens held different tasks, one near the hand held all date relating to body including nanities, second screen near the elbow held date on the environment around her skin but no further and the final screen in the middle was available to do different tasks . She was surprised how joy full it was to get back her engineers tool belt and in a way it was like meeting an old friend . Like most equipment from her world they only work for the owner and would feed the date through her body to the arm band . She still found it hard to believe everyone she knew was gone, but as one of the Tau'ri protectors said, there was still hope so that hope to fuel the will to live .
Lequana turned her head every few minutes making sure there was no guards watching over her, for the first time since coming to the Tau'ri she smiled overtime she looked and felt free . She was on her way to tag along with a group that were just checking the local vegetation, even do she knew nothing about plants or animals, it was more of a test to see if she could be trusted she believed and hoped she'd be successful in earning their trust . She was still surprised to learn that a little girl could be a doctor, but from what she heard was true, she'd give any doctor from her world a run for the money . Lequana approached the group, trying to hold her smile as her nerves began to get the better of her and no matter what she planned on saying she knew there was a good chance she'd mess her words up .
" Hi, I "before she could say anything else her mind went blank leaving her to try again, this time she closed her eyes only opening them half way through her sentence " Your Chief Sentineling has assigned me to join you . Is that ok, I don't optate to get in your way ." <Tag all>

Aear had invited Fee on an outing, and she was a little nervous. She didn't really know if it was safe, and she felt unprotected since Koren wasn't invited, she didn't think, and she didn't have a weapon. Not that she would know what to do with it, but...she found a sweater, just in case, grabbed a water bottle, and headed for the comms room, where they were meeting. She wasn't sure what the point of the excursion was, but she didn't want to know, probably. She locked Jacques in his kennel, and then shut her door carefully behind her. 

She arrived at the comms room, and smiled a little as she approached. 

Allo. She noticed Lequana, and waved a bit. Allo, Lequana. How are you feeling these days? Fee didn't know much about the woman, other than Aear had taken a sudden and intense liking to her. 

She waited for Aear to fill her in on the exact details of the day, and to see if anyone else was coming along.

Control Room

"Ohayou Lequana!" Called Aear as Lequana joined the group. "I don't mind at all. It's more Kana's op then anything but you don't mind right?" Aear said turning to his imouto. It was true, Kana had been the one to request authorisation and participation from the Earthican expedition.

"If that is what the admiral has assigned then I have no problems with it." Said Kana taking a seat so they could wait for the other humans to arrive. She didn't really understand why the newcomer would be assigned to back them up, perhaps they wanted the races they didn't trust together. If that was the case then the snow leopard would be joining them. "Your names is Lequana isn't it." Said Kana realising she hadn't greeted or introduced herself to her since her arrival. "I'm junior doctor Kana Charter. Onii-chan tells me your device might be useful in analysing the local plant life ."

"Ohayou Fee-Fee!" Aear called as Fee entered for their little trip into the wilderness.

"Good morning Miss Maccafferty. We're just waiting for anyone else to arrive, I specifically asked that one of your medical officers accompany us so hopefully someone shows up. " greeted Kana.

Sadie strolled down the hall towards the infirmary. She was meeting a small group of people. She had been invited to join a scout group. She was betting she was just there as  security and medical help, but she was glad to get away. She was going stir-crazy in this place. She needed to get out and move her body through space. Working at the gym helped some, but it wasn't the same as OUTSIDE. Even an alien outside. She had her guitar with her-she was hoping she could play for everyone. She missed music, and she missed singing. She even missed dancing, even though her husband wasn't much of a dancer. 

She approached the group, and raised her hand in a greeting. 

Hi. She was hoping that this would go Ok...she didn't know any of these people well.

Lequana watched as the group grew and she began to felt lost with in the growing crowd .
"My people were never as advanced as yours, my nanites only relate to objects I have physically contact with and send a break down of what it contains to my arm contrivance to visually perceive if its a treat to my body do to are lack of a defence system unlike the Taur'ri have. My nanites work in a collective and so my contrivance is designed to feed data to other contrivances . It's hard to explicate but it's the way one of are team would work like nanites . The medico could optically discern everyone statutes at hand and I could optically discern engineering cognate quandaries
Lequana took a deep breath in as her nerves began to jump, she began to shake her hand in her fit oneof nerves and spoke again ,

Not really sure anymore lol

"Good morning Sadie." Greeted Kana as the young medic joined their little group. It made quite an interesting mix of a junior doctor, a knight, an intelligence officer an alien, a scientist and a medic. There seemed to be something of everything going on this trip to look at local plant life. A rag tag team if ever there was one.

"Ok I think this is everyone that's coming. I asked everyone here to assist me in analyzing the local plant life. If we know what it's made of and how its put together I can make some medicine from it and we'll know what's edible." Explained Kana now that the group was assembled before turning to Aear. "I assume you want to add in a survey of some sort and do this in a search and rescue formation?" 

Aear grinned at his imouto. "Yep! I'll do an aerial survey and Chiqui-chin you want to do a land one?" He asked Chiquita. He hadn't been able to go for a flight for a while and he was itching to stretch his wings.

"Hai!" Called out Chiquita happily jumping at the opportunity to play with Aear.

Kana sighed at her siblings before turning to Fee, Sadie and Lequana. "Don't worry I had a feeling this might happen and cleared it with the Admiral. I guess that leaves three with me for the actual analysis." She said hoping to reassure their concerns. It was always the way with those two, she was expecting them to dash off the moment they set foot outside. She just hoped they didn't take it too far this time.

The Hallway

Fiona looked at the group. She wasn't sure what to think at the newest addition. Sadie Kelly was one of the girls Fee generally-but privately-hated. Pretty, ditzy, and popular. Basically, everything that she wasn't. 

Fee just nodded at Sadie, and turned back to Aear as Lequana spoke. 

If you optate I can open up a link, as the date denotes little to me . But be advised its only a one way link, with only data I sanction . I'll relay my data . Fee nodded. 

Ok. I have Amelia. I will make a folder. Fee dropped her head and started to play with her machine, setting up a file for Lequana. She turned to Kana as the little girl spoke. Aear and Chiquita seemed to have a plan already. 

 "Don't worry I had a feeling this might happen and cleared it with the Admiral. I guess that leaves three with me for the actual analysis.[/b] Fee nodded. She was good at that.

Lequana stood there realising she was doing it again, her words were to much and she needed to talk down in a manor of speaking . Her eyes blinked as she taught of what to say with every word and she spoke slow to make sure she was speak the right words .
" Fiona I have your system and I'm acquiring a link . Let me show you. " Lequana took a price of her own hair and than went and took a pice of loose hair of Fionas shoulder . " Is it ok to take a piece of your hair . "

As soon as she placed her fingers on Fionas hair her screen lit up with data . The nanties in Lequana body went to work revealing ever secret Fionas hair had, the colour, proteins, water and DNA to which Lequana had to press few buttons .
" If my nanities had been programmed for medical obligations there would be more information but mine have duties in engineering . It will work better if i'm aloud to construct a pair of gloves to work with my arm contrivance, sorry my armband screen. " Lequana missed her gloves, any other person would find it odd to miss gloves, but the gloves helped prevent the loss of nanities on her skin when she touched an object and she hated losing then as there were part of her .

Lequana paused before turning to Aear " I'm ready when ever you's are . Do you think they will release the rest of my equipment soon . "

Fiona looked to Lequana. She wasn't keen on people touching her, especially her hair. But the girl was safe, and harmless. So Fee nodded. 

Fiona I have your system and I'm acquiring a link . Let me show you....Is it ok to take a piece of your hair . 

Ok...just a small one. Fee's hair was her most precious asset-while she was not girly, and in fact could care less about her appearance, she knew that being a Ginger was special, and she had learnt early that it held special priveleges. Plus, her father and brother had the same hair, so she liked that they shared it. 

Lequana's body lit up as soon as her fingers touched Fee's hair. Fee smiled.

Aear's head had appeared between Lequana and Fiona as he came in for a closer look. "Pretty..." he said deliberatly adding a stupid and probably irritating voice to it. "While your opening up folders Fee-Fee I can have Cyleo route the survey data to you? How do you guys do wireless? Is it radio waves still?" Asked Aear he already knew he couldn't rely on Chima-space comms or even a mana flow system but he'd tricked Cyleo out a bit, that and Cyleo was an old man by living standards. Chiquita in the mean time had levitated towards the exit and seemed to be bouncing up and down on the balls of her feet. She was wanted to go out and playtime with Aear had already been mentioned containing her excitement was no longer possible.

Lequana tapped her screen a new warning popped up, this one was informing of a new bacteria located and at once her skin went a light blue . Lequana knew were the bacteria was coming from, it was Fiona's hair and any Tau'ri that had left there bacteria around . Lequana was surprised how much bacteria just one Tau'ri hair contained . With every bacteria and Germ Lequanas nantites went out to to learn of these new treats . All ready they had learned about all possible treats with in the last few days, the Tau'ri were nice people but they were bathed in bacteria and germs . As quick as she lith up as a sign her nantites on the attack, her bodys colour went back to normal . The information of Fiona's hair appeared on her contrivance and with that Lequana compared the data with one of her own hair strands which she took from a data file . With this Lequana's contrivance sent the information to Fiona pad .

 " All my data is open, but this test might avail you understand my system on how it reads data . Your hair is something you should be able to understand, you will be able to utilize that as reference in understanding my data reads . "

 Lequana jumped to a beat on her arm pad which was an alert to a problem with one of her a number of her natites which were struggling with there duties, Lequana had only noticed the problem in the last day and was still trying to get a hold on the problem . If she was back home the nanities would have a master terminal to which a full up date could be done, since she wasn't all she found for herself was having to complete the task manual . She'd have to see how much they trusted her to help her set up a master system for her, first she had to show she could be trusted and btake bthis conversation up later . Her feet began to tap hoping shed see the jungle soon .
