No sooner had Lequana stepped through the gate back to Veda's did her head begin to feel dizzy, she bushed it off thinking it was just a minor head ache from the interaction with the alien technology and as the seconds passed the pain increased. Slowly her vision began to become blurred, but still she brushed it off. Suddenly the pain increased rapidly and a noise the sound of crushing paper rattling in her ears became louder and louder. She tried to brush it of as she made her way towards the door, but the sound increased louder and louder. Then right in the middle of the room Lequana drop her items and pushed her hands on her ears as tight as she could as of trying to block out a sound. The noise and pain became to much. Right away tears began to run from her eyes as the pain made her give a panicked wild scream. As the pain over took her and lights flashed she continued to scream the same words
' Make it stop
As her body wavered and began to give she let off one more scream before falling to the ground into blackness.
As the eyes opened, all Lequana could see at first was the blurred colours of grey and white.
' What had happened ' she taught to herself as tried to remain relaxed. Little made any sense as she stared at the ceiling. All she could do was to hope her vision would clear up and with that help her understand what was going on. She attempted to lift her head, but the weight of it made her head plop back on to the pillow and leave her with a hint of panic about what was going on. She just couldn't understand why her nanites hadn't repaired her vision by now.
With some deep breaths she managed to relax. Slowly but surely the blurred vision began to sharpen, than what started as a soft beep over her head became louder and louder. Only at that precise moment did she realise her hearing had suffered the same faith as her vision.
She attempted to move her arms to only suffer the same fate as her head. As her eyes improved she soon noticed a tube was connected into her arm like the Tau'ri had done to those who had been ill or lacked fluid. Her vision finally came to a point were she realised were she was, the room she was put in the first time when she was saved by the Tau'ri. Knowing we're she was and that she was safe sent a flush of relief through her body. The only theory she could come up with was if her body had come under attack.
As her body began to improve, she decided the best course of action was to just lie back till she had the strength.
With difficult she pulled herself up and leaded up against the head board. Her vision and hearing were not a hundred percent but improving by every minute.
The one thing she couldn't understand was how she got here, the last memory she has was with the rest of her team returning to the gateroom. They stepped through and then pain. Undoing the IV and pulling the blanket off her she dragged her legs to the side of the bed still feeling somewhat confused, with a small thump her feet hit the ground and she made her way out the door. The base corridors were night mode, a low lighting and for pure confusion she was determined to fix the lights even if she was in a short gown that just covered her body. Slowly she made her way down the corridor past the nurses station who jumped out for five minutes.
