Personality:
Chiquita actually has two distinct personalities. While she's not bipolar she's able to switch to almost the exact opposite of her normal self. A phenonom Aear calls "Mission Mode."
Chiquita is very timid and easily startled. When startled she'll almost instictively turn invisable, unless invisable as it's one of the ways to force it off. She has something of a phobia of men, all except Aear that is, hiding behind him whenever someone she doesn't know talks to her. Because of her timid nature she's rather introverted and has few friends, she's also very clumsy and amazingly dense. She's actually higihly intelligent but her denseness makes her look the opposite. Despite all this Chiquita is always full of energy much like her brother and whilst Chiquita would never admiit to it, as she lacks the courage, she has a large crush on Aear.
In Chiquita's "Mission Mode" however she becomes bold and confident, almost forceful in her approach to do her job. It's possible that's the only way Chiquita can deal with a job that forces her to grow up so quickly thus allowing her to enjoy a nearly normal childhood yet still have the maturity to do her job.

History: Born just after the start of the war, Chiquita has been frail since birth. Whilst her mother focused on the war effort and training her elder sister as the next in line for the throne, Chiquita found herself and her younger raised more by Aear and the household maids.
Whilst intitially Aear didn't show much interest in interacting with his siblings, that changed once he returned from his training. It was then that Chiquita became overly attached to her older brother. It was also about this time that she discovered that she had a different father from her siblings. She visited him often for nearly a year before he suddenly dissapeared. Most people suspect Aear's involvement since it was just after it was discovered that Chiquita's biological father had an abusive personality, however Chiquita refuses to believe that her brother would hurt someone that she cares about.
Shortly after, with Aear's reccomendation, Chiquita attempted the trials for an ASD agent as part of her normal tour of duty. Being especially intelligent, she aced the test scoring near full marks across the board and setting a new record on the tests. Pyshically however she more then flunked out. When it was thought her frail body and paper weak defense would prevent her form joining the ASD Aear stepped in and requested a favour from the Empress, offically however her outstanding test score and rare skills were what scr**ed her through.
Chiquita became a full time intelligence cadet and started her training. It was all going swimmingly until, during a training accident, one of the upgraded functions Aear had installed on her AIMNW malfunctioned and put her in the ICU. It was then that Chiquita was diagnosed with MDS (Mana Deconstruction Sydrome), a linker core virus that affects the body almost like cancer. Always fatal it just like to take decades to get there. It was theorised that Chiquita had MDS from birth and it explained her stunted growth, frail body and weak defense.
Chiquita hasn't let the new stop her however, recently she completed her training and was promoted to Junior Field Agent (the lowest offical agent rank) and at Aear's request has since served alongside the 456th Noizy Tribe. More then happy to take the job, since it means she's always with Aear, Chiquita has served with Aear as part of the Tamura Defense Force ever since.

Role Play Sample:
"Jotto matte kudasai..." panted Chiquita holding her knees as she tried to catch her breath. Having just sprinted for over a kilometre through the woods with her brother she just wanted to crawl back into bed now. She hadn't spent much time with him before he left for his tour and she wasn't sure if she could survive spending so much time with him. She'd have her own tour soon and she'd start basic training.
"I thought you were always full of energy. Must be you have short reserves of energy." teased Aear.
"Chiquita not short!" she said dashing towards him and pummelling at him. She hated it when people teased her about her height, and anyone using that L word were just, well it was just yurusenai.
"That's more like it!" laughed Aear completely ignoring her assualt. He handed her a bottled drink, she blinked for a second taken aback by the sudden movement before taking the bottle and taking a large helping.
"Mou... Oni-chan always teases..." said Chiquita replacing the cap and holding it back to her brother. Aear shook his head "It's yours silly." He stared at his sister for a moment. Hanging out with his family was actually kind of fun, well Chiqui and Kana were anyway. Ann not so much, she was always so... Demanding.
"What Oni-chan tour like?" asked Chiquita sitting her self on a fallen log nearby.
"Well basic was boring." said Aear non-chalantly "It was almost fitness all the time. I was glad to go back to class. That and I managed to get some special training."
"Chiquita get special training?" She wasn't very good at this fitness stuff, sure she had lots of energy and plenty of speed but all that strength training... Maybe if she could get some special training as well basic wouldn't be so bad.
Aear looked at his sister for a moment. She had amazing agility and no one had ever got close to beating her at hide and seek. That and she seemed to have a knack for digging up dirt. If she wasn't scrawny, frail and had abbout as much defense strength as a piece of paper she could make a good candadate for the ASD.
"You know what? You should try out for the ASD." said Aear
"Eh? Chiquita not good combat."
"Not now your not but if make some adjustments to Faraday, increase your jackets auto defense and AMF, i'm sure you can make the grade. I mean you'll ace the tests easy."
"Chiquita not go-"
"Just go for it. You can do this. And you'll probably enjoy it."
