Travis asserted Bobby for a long time from where he said in the seat. All while wondering what the heck was wrong with his cousin to begin with. Something had to give. One thing could be certain that being out here was starting to take toll on the Coast Guard. In fact, Travis mused that Bobby was the only member of USCG to be on this expedition.

“What?” Bobby snapped with some irritation from the gaze that goofball was giving, “I don’t have two heads. You can take it easy on that part.”

“That’s not it,” the Army colonel admitted, as he struggled for words, “I mean….Old English? You aren’t missing few marbles are you?” It would be just like Bobby. The memo he had send out was baffling at best. So now here he was semi-dressed from the era that Bobby had placed the theme on. At least it was better than wearing tights or the toga. Still, that didn’t make him feel any better.

Snickering, Bobby pour some whiskey, “We did this with all 5 of us few years ago; you never complained.”

Stealing the filled glass, “I decided to play nice.” Matt and Si had more or less rolled their eyes and played along; all while Pat warned he was going start making plans wit his friends. Drowning it he knew people would soon start arriving.

[Henry Pratt]

To celebrate the reunion of the Shiva with the rest of the expedition, a celebration had been organised. And in a move that had surprised Henry, it had been decided that the event would be themed. Pratt wasn't sure how a 'medieval' party fit into military doctrine, but nevertheless, he was more than happy to partake in the festivities.

As the expedition was millions of light years from Earth, sourcing a costume had been difficult. He'd elected to come as a 'Friar Tuck'-like character, which was simple given that he was already bald. Some dark texta, which he hoped would come off, helped created the signature halo baldy look. A brown tent which had been damaged in a wild storm off-world had been cut into a tunic of sorts. It was by no means comfortable, but it would do the job.

Attired as such, the archaeologist came onto the bridge, and immediately realised that no one else had dressed up.

This was not a great start.

[Kata Harris]

"You guys did what on Delta?" Nick asked as he followed his cousin down the hallway of the ship, "We had a toga party." Kata replied as they turned a corner, she knew the story sounded crazy for anyone who had not been there, and it had been a crazy party.

"Before you ask. Yes, we actually had togas, yes several of us wore them and yes there are pictures but you'll never see them." she added with a smile, even though there was a "theme" for that evenings celebrations, neither cousin was dressed up. Nick didn't know where to start and Kata just forgot about it till Isabelle asked her about it. Of course the entire theme probably was the brain child of non other than Col. Oxford, him and his sense of humor.

"If you're curious about it just ask Col. Oxford, and be sure to ask about that one blue drink everyone was a fan of." Nick gave her another look, he wanted to ask what she meant but it would probably result in some eleborate story that he would have a hard time understanding, another one of those "you had to be there" moments.

The two of them walked onto the Bridge and Nick couldn't help but smile when he saw Dr. Pratt, "Now I feel stupid because Dr. Pratt was able to come up with something!" he said, Kata glanced over to Travis, "No togas this time?" she asked.

Seeing Doctor Pratt, Travis waved him over, to join the cousins for the drinks. The clothes he wore were itchy at best and uncomfortable at it's worse, "I swear," he grumbled, "I should have packed my tights." Which caused Bobby to spray his drink from his nose. "I dressed up as Robin Hood, years ago."

"So Doc," Travis looked at Henry, "Hope this baboon is not to a pain to work with. I hear he can worse."

"I resent that," Bobby shrugged. But he knew how to pry out the Robin Hood story or the photos from Travis, at least he would try to. "I'm not that bad. Am I, Doc?"

"Anyway," He ignored Bobby, "How are you finding this slice of galaxy?" He was going to speak more, the arrival of Harris/Harper siblings diverted his attention, hearing about the Toga, he groaned, "Can we just let that die and never mention it agin? I did for Doctor Garcia, mind you." It had been his way of saying sorry for handcuffs and escort to the Iliad brig with the SF's. But that hadn't went well over with Jerry Garcia.

Looking at Nick, "This is the closet I have mange to gather together."
