"Oh, I think I've got one; never have I ever totaled a car."

Kata took the required drink, Isabelle sat there till holding her bottle in her hands, "Dr. Warren, there are two of us civies here" she said looking over to him. Kata was listening to Travis and Bobby going on about the togas; she couldn't help but laugh as the memory of blue smurfs came to mind. Damn that was a crazy night. Captain Oxford went next, "Let me try, I have never ever fallen in love." This time post Cooper and Harris drank, "Though with all due respect sir, I call bologna." Kata said, "Well damn, I have never ever welll...been nice"

Kata gave Travis a look, "Chiudi il becco, I don't believe that." Isabelle scoffed, before Harris could speak, she took another required drink and shook her head, "Okay, never have I ever been overseas on Earth."

"Everyone drink, we've all be across one pond or another." Harris said taking another drink, two more sips and she would need another drink, "England, France, Germany, Spain and Turkey. Spain was my favorite, beautiful country."

"Okay my turn." Isabelle said resting her arms on the table, the Italian took a moment and looked around, thinking of something good to say. "Never have I ever," she paused as something came to mind, a sly smile came across her face. "Never have I ever done body shots off of someone." she leanded back her her chair and waited to see who took a drink and who didn't.

"You serious?" Kata asked, Cooper nodded, "You said name something we've done," she shrugged, "So drink or don't" she added, taking a sip of her beer, a smirk on her face. Taking a long drink Kata set her empoty bottle on the table, "Major, I'll take one of those please." she said nodding to the bottle or rum on the table.

Blake blushed embarrassed, it was just enough to shake his neutral accent and let the Georgia show. "I apologize for that, Ms. Cooper, I didn't realize."

Steve got another plastic shot glass and slid it in front of Blake, who was mildly hogging the rum, and Blake poured the shot to offer Kata. "I thought about telling Steve to bring some of my brother's moonshine from back home in Peachtree City, but-"

And Steve shook his head as Isabella put her doozie out there. "But Blake's family likes to pretend I don't exist. And I'm not even telling the story on this one." And he put down another deep drink of beer. "Never have I ever been divorced."

"Jackass." Blake sighed and drank his shot, then poured another one.

Steve laughed. "But you love me anyway, kitten."

Blake shook his head and flipped Steve off. "I must have been out of my mind that night in Atlanta I decided to ask you to dance."

"No, you're crazy and I'm out of my mind." Steve grinned over his beer bottle. He knew the alcohol was working when they got sappy with song lyrics. "And all of me loves all of you."

"Enough with the John Legend, babe."
 
"You started it." And Steve really didn't care what either Oxford might be thinking of him, after runaway ships, clones, dinosaurs, black holes, and color-changing diseases, he had his boyfriend at his side and they were as safe as life in another galaxy could be. He set his beer down with the excessive sort of care of someone beginning to get properly drunk and pulled Blake's chair closer.

And just smiled beatifically at the upset-kitten glare of his anthropologist. Yep, life was just fine. "So, I vote next question goes to the ladies. Harris?"

"I would just like to offer my apologies for my ex-wife, Captain. Sarah is a ball-buster and I hope she didn't harangue you too much. Please, Jesus, don't let that woman ever come here, Amen."

Really, it was mischief that made Steve grin and sip his beer, then speak solely for a reaction. "Oh, I would love to meet your ex-wife. We could spend hours talking all about you."

"And yer about to give me nightmares." He gestured his shot glass toward both Oxfords. "Would all y'all give Steve a order to not try to meet my ex-wife?"

Travis laughed at Copper's words, "I have my moments, Cooper," he threw a smirk her way, "I'm not openly a tempered like the Captain." Polishing off his beer, he picked up the one that was left untouched by Bobby, taking a swing, he placed it back on the table, "Grab yourself a whiskey Bobs."

He was going to when Warren's words had got him to take the seat again. Ex-wife? He looked at the man as he leaned over to pour a shot of rum. The slim, blond and the sexy legs was his ex-wife? Not saying anything he let the shot past his throat, and feeling the burning sensation; and set the glass down before pouring another, "With legs like that she can harangue all she wanted if it was any other day. Pretty little thing too." Feisty as well. "but," Bobby frowned, why there had to be a but, "She's IOA, almost chewed my ass out over that vessel we blew up. Having war of words with her was...." he took a shot again, "Interesting to say. I won't blame myself for wanting to squeeze that neck of hers. Your choice in females is intruding."

Travis shook his head, "Can't you keep your brain on work? Does it has to travel?"

Bobby gave his cousin a long look from under his lashes, "My brain was on the work, moron." Then turned and faced Steve, "take his advice, don't meet her. Or she might chew you out over past missions decisions you have taken. Given she might, you have my sympathies."

Kata took a sip of her rum and smiled, "So you have no problem talking to an attractive woman, but the moment you learn she is IOA you tuck tail?" she couldn't help but laugh. "Sounds like he didn't want to even bother." Cooper chimed in, "Though it is good to know a woman who likes to argue doesn't scare you." she added. 

"I believe they call it disscussing.." Kata said, "Polliticans argue, diplomats discuss." Cooper downed the last of her drink, "It is more civil that way, least it appears so." she said as she motioned for refill. "Just be glad you did not run into Elliot Cowden, that man is someone who can ruin your day real quick, he knows to many people to not have something go his way." Kata shook her head at the memory of the man in question, "Okay...back to the game. Never have I ever.." her mind went blank as she tried to remember what she was going to say. "Oh! Never have I ever picked up a hitchiker."

Blake carefully set the glass down. "She pretty much killed it in debate and public speaking in college, so that's not a surprise." And of course, her looks. "Fayette County Fair queen, 1994. Still in denial and thought I could make it work by marrying my best friend." Steve was about to open his mouth, "You, not a word. I was out when we met."

"Pfft, barely. And we'd get along fine, sir." Steve was utterly confident on that.

"You don't have any hope, anyway, she re-married about five years after our divorce. Was going to invite me but my mama and hers had an apoplexy at the thought." Blake shrugged and downed his shot anyway, then re-filled the glass, as Isabelle put out hers.

Steve and Blake looked at each other, and drank in unison. Steve put the empty bottle down and started looking for another one. "Let me tell you all the story of the bravest straight man I ever met, our cross-country hitchhiker Dylan. Kansas City, Missouri. PCS move from Georgia to California. We drove, 2200 miles in Blake's broken-down powder blue Ford pickup."

Blake refilled the shot glass as he talked. "Her name was Priscilla, and we were dressed as camp as possible on that road trip as our own pointless, youthful, two-queer DADT protest, back in 2003. We stopped for gas and this guy with a guitar had his thumb out. So I pulled up next to him and rolled the window down to offer him a ride."

"The scene, oh let me describe it," Steve pointed at Blake, "this man was in women's skinny jeans and a white crop top. With his long hair dyed green and pink in pigtails. Like I was any better though, mesh top and athletic shorts. We were so obviously gay we made Will and Jack look straight. But he wanted to get to California, and flaming or not, we were headed for California. Brave enough to share a hotel room with us in Utah."

Blake shook his head. "I think somebody who wanted to be a rock star was liberal enough to not go 'gay panic homicide' on us. We stayed friends with Dylan after dropping him off in Los Angeles, he actually got kind of big on the underground music scene. Got us into some crazy-exclusive clubs there in LA when we were still young enough to go clubbing. And now, hmmm, never have I ever gotten kicked out of a bar."

Steve got another beer and opened it for a drink. "In my defense, the other guy started the brawl. You don't insult General Puller in a bar with half a dozen Marine officers present unless you are that stupid."

Bobby leaned back and slowly rose an eyebrow at Harris, "I didn't say I tucked my tail. A smart man knows when to back off or risk having a bruised ego." And Bobby wasn't stupid. Drowning the shot, he spoke to Copper, "I'm a brick head. Ask Trav." Cooper amused him, she was too much of a pretty face to be scary. Eying her was out of question as he was her Commanding Officer.

More than a brick head, Travis thought as he took a swing of his beer, "Women don't scare Jase," Travis spoke, as he gave a light pat to Bobby's shoulder, "expect his mother and aunt. And Cowden is lucky that Bobby didn't land him in hospital. I can't believe you broke his nose." At Harris turn, neither of them drank.

Jase? Bobby narrowed his eyes at Travis, calling him Jase would only earn the other Oxford a black and blue face. But he didn't want Claire on his tail. Facing Warren, "I won't have guessed," he replied with a aloof expression. And a beauty queen, which wasn't bad either, "If you say so Hamrick."

Snickering, "It's not like she would give him a look over. Not much of a catch, old dog. Then again he's pinning for his true love. No?"

Knowing what had happened when Lizard had drag him to Marylands and to Jamie's house, after the meeting, "No," he shook his head, "I have no hope there too." But knowing his counterpart had married his Jamie in his reality, was as kick.

"Shame," Travis shook his head, "Well, Never have I ever let a woman go, at least not the love of my life."

Disgusted, Bobby drowned two shot, all while cussing at Travis in French and German.

Just for the hell of it Kata drank at Travis's NHIE, she was still thinking about Blake and Steves rather....interesting story. The two certainly were a pair. "Des mots durs capitaine, vous embrassez votre mère avec cette bouche?" Isabelle knew what Bobby was saying, she had heard her grandmother say the same things before, though not as bold as Oxford. 

"English please." Kata said, Izzy glanced at the other woman and then back to Bobby, "He knows what I said." she replied with a smile, Harris shook her head, "Since you're such a word nerd, Never have I ever pretended to speak a foreign language I didn’t know." Kata herself only spoke English and enough Spanish to order a beer and ask where the bathroom is. that was it. Isabelle smiled and tossd back the last of the rum she had in her cup, enjoying the warm feeling that spread through her chest. "Summer before college I was in England and got pulled over for going a little fast, long story short I convinced the officer that I was from Sweden, by speaking to him in some horrible elementary school level Swedish."

Steve was still sure he'd get along well with her. "I get along great with women, they sense the complete lack of sexual interest and want to be friends."

At least there was something he didn't have to drink to as Colonel Oxford aimed for his cousin and seemed to hit painful pay dirt. Commander Oxford, in the other reality. At least he was the version of Steve Hamrick that had come out on top, alive and with his partner.

The language sounded colorful, and Steve looked at Blake. The anthropologist shrugged. "French and German, I don't speak either one, babe. Teper', yesli vy khotite proklinat' yego v Rossii , ya znayu, chto odin."

When Harris drank, Steve raised his beer bottle to her for a solidaritous clink. And that was two in a row. "Did it get you out of a ticket, or did he happen to know Swedish? We're innocent on both questions, so who's next?"

Blake shook his head. "Innocent is the wrong word to describe us. Ohh! Half a drink, Steve! That time you mocked up a English accent in college."

"Still English and I was mocking my dad's. 45 Commando Royal Marines."

Travis tried to bite back a snicker and failed to contain it as it passed his lips. Fighting for control, he picked up his beer instead before Bobby decided to take him out and turn him purple. Not that he couldn't give as good as he got. The woman would be good for the Goat Face, at least verbally would give him a good piece of mind here and there.

Bobby looked over at Cooper after glaring at Travis. He could go up tp Matt and tell him to tow his baby brother in line. Yet he did rather not open the can of worms that just yet. He was not so inexperienced at handling the Delta member. "Qui," Rob confirmed, "Haven't heard her complain, yet. Issues with that, Miss Cooper?" And leaned back and laughed at Harris's words for English translation, "She told me she did kill me in my sleep, if I sassed with Travis again."

Hearing Warren, "I know little German from him," Traivs told the two, "just enough to avoid a bar fight. Other than that I might get myself shot. Now French, a pretty blond taught me." He eyed Bobby for a second to see if he caught the reference to Jamie again. Some days all he wanted to do was to bang their heads together and tell them to get over it. Both were brickheads when it came to the other.

"You and blonds?" Bobby retorted, "Your wife has brown hair. How the heck you scored her, I will never know. But I'm bettting you pranked her."

"Or charm your way out of a ticket?" Then frowned at Bobby, "What are you cranky about? I have you know I have dated blonds." Travis moved the drinks out of reach of the Coastie, "I think you had enough."

Bobby grinned, "Last time I mocked my father, I was doing 20 laps around the block. Thanks to his old man." He jerked his head at Travis as he scowled at the Army Colonel for moving the drinks.

Blake laughed and drank more of the rum. "Blondes are evil."

"Hey, my sister's a blonde," Steve paused on the thought, "well, not all blondes are evil, though. Just her. If you like some bipolar with your blonde, have at her."

He hadn't gotten the full story on Commander Oxford, mostly because Dr. Warren had only known so much. But enough, as he grabbed onto and squeezed Blake's hand that wasn't holding the plastic shot glass.

Blake re-filled the shot glass and leaned over to whisper in his partner's ear. "What am I missing, babe?"

"Explain later," he whispered back. Steve drained his beer on principle, wondering what Eric Hamrick would have thought of Blake and all this. "Mine would have thought we need more SAS on this expedition, sir."

He considered the rum but decided not to mix alcohol types as he got what he swore in his head was the last one tonight. "Okay, thinking of a good one. Never have I ever had-"

Blake lunged over to slap a hand over Steve's mouth. "Doing this for your own good. Never have I ever gotten a tattoo."

Steve sighed. "So boring I don't even have to drink to it."

Isabelle rolled her eyes as Bobby replied to Harris, leaning forward she gave him a smile, "Of course one of my favorite things to do is get in bed with someone...and kill them in their sleep." Cooper said quietly before winking and leaning back in her seat. 

Kata took a drink as Steve commented on what Blake said, "Actually it's not that boring, for some a tattoo is something they keep secret for a good while." Cooper said with a sly smile, "So what's yours then?" Kata asked with a tilt of her head, "I-" Izzy glanced around the table and then back to Kata, "I have a lily on my shoulder, got it on my twenty second birthday."

"Interesting." Kata said slowly after a moment before looking across the table to Bobby, "Captain, haven't heard a never have I ever from you in a while....care to amuse us?"

He curled his lips at her comments before he laughed at the words, "Est-ce vrai? Je suis toujours disponible," he told her and pulled her leg at the same time. (Is that so? I'm always available.) Then decided to add a bit more, "Killing me dans mon sommeil est pas si facile." (Killing me in my sleep isn't that easy.)

Travis decided not to take the bait of those words Bobby had for Cooper. It was all boiling pot of water and he didn't want to get burnt. Having Matt on their tail wasn't going start looking good if the two senior ranks were asking for trouble. Hearing Warren's challenge, Army officer poured a shot and drank, "I got three," he told them, "One after a drunken night out..oh years ago. Other two are the point of origins of Delta Site and Earth. They are here," He point to the base of his neck of the symbols. Both Travis knew were tiny; about 0.39 of an inch.

Drunken night tat Travis had; had a story of its own. Bobby was sure of it. But the point of origin was news to him, "Interesting. Any more we should know about?" He asked in a big brother tone he rarely used. While it might be a culture in the military to some to have tattoos, Bobby never saw the appeal. He moved to take a look at them.

Chuckling at the reaction he got from Bobby, "No," he shook his head, "And I ain't sharing the location of the last one." Facing Cooper, "Lily? Very girly."

A request from Harris caught him off guard, "I don't have any. Well, at least not the one I would well share."

Isabelle raised a brow at Bobbys reply, "Est-ce vrai?" (is that so?) she asked as she took a sip of her drink. "I know it is one of the stereotypical tattoos, but like many things it seemed like a good idea at the time." if anything she could place the blame on her cousins...and the fact that the Lily is her favorite flower.

"So you worried about getting lost, so you got the gate address permantly inked on you." Kata had never been a fan of getting a tattoo herself, they were cool and some were pieces of art, but it wasn't her thing. Bobby gave a weak excuse for why he had yet to share a NHIE, "Now that isn't true." she replied. Izzy leaned across the table and grabbed the bottle of whiskey they all had been sharing with one hand and then grabbed the cup Bobby had been using with the other, "Stop lying...and participate." she said as she poured him a drink, sliding the glass across the table she refilled hers before fully sitting back down in her seat.

A low and lazy smile drew on Travis’s mouth as Izzy spoke, “I didn’t say it was stereotypical. I just found it a little.... girly.” he responded, as he set the shot glass down. He could feel his brain losing that strength due to all drinks he was having. Surely enough he was going to have a bitch of a hangover tomorrow. It was something he was not looking forward to. Cocking his head at Harris, “I didn’t say it was the gate address, I said it was the point of origins, Harris.” Travis suspected that the Captain was tipsy and few more drinks, she just might get to the point of being drunk. He twitched his lips as Cooper went after Bobby.

When Cooper took the glass out his hand, he was taken by surprise, but what she said, made him chuckle – deep and rumbled- at her action. Since the alcohol was effecting him, he was certain that she might kill him when they both were sober, if his luck held he be alive to see the end of the week, “Trav here,” he patted his cousin’s shoulder, “is doing it for both of us.” Seeing the look Copper was shooting him, “Alright, Never I have….” He took a moment to think. Pretty much he had done a lot of stupid things over the years and too many to count. Matt would have a tally, “fallen off the stairs sober.” He had done it when he had been drunk.

Now Cooper couldn’t say he wasn’t participating.
